Ati Radeon 64 DDR VIVO (THE ORIGINAL ONE...Oh yeah!)
 
But your better off than those who:

have pre-ordered and not received it yet
have the game, but cant install because of bad media
have installed the game but cant run because of driver conflicts
have a frame rate of 1.0 fps
