Dremeled out puny 80mm hole and made it a 120mm. Heres a better look at the side.

Also dremeled out the back fan to get rid of the stupid honeycomb stuff. I love that plastic edging, really cleans up the look.

Heres a shot of the whole back.

WHAT! NO WAY! Yes, yes way. Thats a GeminII in a elite 340. How did i do it you ask? Well, it took a little bit of cutting and a little rubber edging to make it purty.

Well, it took a little bit of cutting and a little rubber edging to make it purty. Since had to cut up the 3.5 bays as you can see, i had to install the 500gb hard drive to the frund of the case.

That's a crazy little setup you got there! Don't you think that the HD is restricting the air intake? I'd mount it on the base of the interior on some foam padding on the edges of the disk to lower noise and vibrations.

Thats a great suggestion! Il get some foam padding, some plastic spacers, and il mount it on the bottom. That will help hide the darn sata cable too. Any other ideas?

I'd say instead of mounting it to the bottom, get some of those 3.5 to 5.25 spacers and mount it at the top.

Slightly off topic, but how do you like the hddvd/bluray drive. Been thinking about getting one.

The only problem with doing that is that i then have nowhere to put my extra psu cables. I did think about that when i built her though. And no, im not getting a modular psu, dont have the spare cash right now. I went ahead and mounted it to the bottom though. I updated the first post to show it.

And about bluray/hdvd, i love it. It takes awhile to get drivers right and thats actually the frustrating part by the way. But when its all done, its unbelievable. We are halfway through the Planet Earth series on HDDVD and its amazing. I dont regret the purchase.

Ah, didn't notice the cables up there at the top. Nice mount on the bottom though.

And thanks for the info on the drive. I think I'll grab one in a couple weeks.

That is a nice little case. I got one to replace the old plastic crap case we first built his computer with. Lots of ventilation for such a small case and very well built.

I like how you mounted the hard drive on the bottom of the case. I've done that before in a Fry's/Great Quality computer my mom had that was in a tiny micro-atx case and the 3.5 bays actually partially blocked the cpu fan. Unfortunately, I had full sized IDE cable going to that hard drive so it didn't look near as clean as what you have there.
