my cpu can easily get damage?

I'm really afraid of having my system damaged. But stability just requires these settings.

I don't see anything in there that would cause your CPU to become damaged.
 
If it is stable that should be fine.
i7 can handle up to 100c temps.
 
As long as you're not at that level 24/7, your CPU will be fine. To be honest, though, the vcore seems a bit high - is it possible to lower it a bit?
