Unless i unplug the power cable, and then i press the power button (not powered so it doesnt stard), and after that i replug my power cable, i press the power button, and it starts...

what the hell is that?

my PSU is an enermax 400w, and its complete brand new rig....

its just annoying to have to unplug and replug each time....
can someone help me?

Sounds like a shorting or power-good issue to me. Try pulling your system out of its case and running it barebones with only what you need to power up. If it's still happening, then it'd probably be a powergood signal issue. Dunno much about how that is determined by the supply itself, however, so you're best bet would be to get a new supply. Hey Gee, do you have any insight into how powergood is determined and signaled by the supply and how the motherboard uses that info?
