my computer setup ?

Either your showung off or you have a lot of money, by that system is pretty much the best you can buy, not the best but pretty dam close

There is nothing you could upgrade to. You could always get a 23inch LCD. A good one is about $3000

My specs are below, is it ok ? or should i upgrade something ???
 Funny.
Where are you so I can smack you on the back of your head?

;) Nice set-up.

Ah yes, well this seems to be quite a show off post...but anywho...Fine set-up, like my man said above, a good 23" LCD (Apple Anyone)...And some Gaming hardware of course would be key...Joystick/Rudder Pedals/Wheel/Yoke/Throttle...

LOL...

$3000 :O

and im not showing off, i was just wondering is there a better mainboard, or is this one ok ?

Well hell you paid $600 extra for a few extra Mhz...so why not :D...

And the Apple is a couple of grand, just to clear that up...

AMD Athlon FX-53 CPU /w vapochill/watercooling
Abit KV8-MAX3
3GB Corsair TWINX-3200 ECC
550W Antec PSU
RADEON 9800XT
2x73GB Raptors in raid
Sony DRU510A DVD +/- R/RW
Samsung 816BRPS 16x DVD-Rom
21" Sony FD Trinitron G520 (bigger one)
Creative SoundBlaster Audigy 2 Platinum
Creative Inspire 6600 6.1 Speakers

A custom room and case to put it all in
:D

For speed, get dual 74 GB WD Raptors for your RAID array. They scream. Then add a standard 200 GB ATA drive for data backup.

Also has the benefit of jacking your system price up by a couple hundred bucks.

BB

thanks for that info BB

i might get another 1gb later on and those harddrives,
and maybe a bit of watercooling.

How do you have a 940 pin CPU in a 754 pin motherboard?

If you really did have a setup like this - here's what I'd recommend:

A 940pin motherboard for your FX-51...

dual opterons..
5x 15,000 RPM U320 SCSI Cheetahs in RAID 5
A better DVD-RW --> Plextor 8x DVD-RW
a 'PC POWER AND COOLING' brand PSU
