My computer keeps rebooting itself

From what I can tell, this all started 12/21. It just reboots itself every hour. I looked thru my dump files and that's where the first dump started was 12/21. I've used the windbg program and below is part of what comes up. Let me know if there is anything else from there that you guys need to see in order to help me out.

Looks software related. Did you try reinstalling OS?

If you don't want to do that and you've actually left system restore enabled, try doing a restore to prior to 12/21.
 
Yeah I did a restore to 12/20 and it seemed to help at first but then started doing it again. I will say that I get an error message when Windows boots up and it does show what program is causing the error. I think I'll just try uninstalling that software first and see what happens. I just wasn't sure if it was a hardware or software issue.
 
Did you reset CMOS?
Did you run Memtest?
What PSU do you have?

Haven't done any of the above yet. I'm about to uninstall the software I think might be causing this. I should know in about an hour if it works. If not, I will start with your suggestions next.
BTW, my psu is an Antec Neo ECO 520C. I'd guess it's about a year old.
 
Ok, I uninstalled the suspect software, reset CMOS and ran memtest all to no avail. I don't know what happened but this didn't start happening up until last week. I'll be looking into this some more but if anyone has any other suggestions, please let me know.
 
I booted up in safe mode and ran memtest overnight and found no errors. Still at a loss at what's causing this...
