Windows XP Pro serv. pack 2
Antec NeoPower 480Watt (IS THAT ENOUGH?!)

Comp has been crashing- random intervals gives Windows "Send Error Report"
Error regards mini .dmp & .xml files

Also, Windows says this is due to a driver incompatibility- does this have to do with my display drivers? Using the latest drivers from nVidia...

Any suggestions? Comments? Concerns? Would be much appreciated...

got a spare unit you can switch it out with?

And try clearing out all your drivers with driver cleaner (google it, sorry dont have time), after uninstalling them in add/remove, then reinstalling latest from vendor's site.

Not sure on the psu wattage, but that seems a tiny bit low.. You better wait for more experienced people to chime in though..

Good luck man.

Does the error message specify which driver? Like nvdisplay.dll or something like that? Is your onboard sound disabled in the bios? I highly doubt your psu is the suspect btw.

Also is this a new build or has this setup run stable in the past? Is your overclock Prime95 stable? Does the issue go away when at default clocks?

disconnect those
some transformers can play havoc with how "clean" your power is and can be the root cause of power events

if they arent the root cause youll know soon enough
but Id leave them disconnected until you sort out the issue
