I think I spent $7.99 for a Silverstone SSD mount that holds two 2.5" SSD's in a 3.5" bracket. My time is worth a lot more to me than a mere $7.99 as is my pride as a builder.

Lol! You guys are so ghetto!

I plan on doing a velcro update whenever I find my 14 foot velcro strip and then I would have to power down the machine. That does not happen often..

Code:
john@jmd0 ~/jmd-multilib $ uptime
 16:22:48 up 48 days, 21:57, 12 users, load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00

2 inch wide masking tape seems to stick fine. And it looks like the dust was there before I added the tape being that my finger prints from the installation of tape are on the drive..

Yea, looks like you need to clean that case out. :)

Maybe next time I power it off (spring / summer 2011). This is my main HTPC backend and I probably have had it off for 8 total hours since I installed it in November of 2008.

if you are going to use tape in the first place, why not simply tape it to the inside of the case somewhere? if 2.5" drive adapters cost more then $3.99, i might give you some credit, but that just looks like crap.
