I finally realized why my shoulder is sore, my 'executive manager black mesh' chair's arms aren't level. One is higher by like 1/25 of an inch.

Damn this crap.

I don't even have an arm rest on my chair, I think I should go an invest on a cheap pleather chair, lol.

I got a sore right shoulder from surfing/gaming too much with a heavy Logitech mx700 mouse (batteries were the culprit). Switched to the mx500 for gaming and now use Dragon Naturally Speaking for surfing. Problem solved.

Yeah, with Dragon Naturally Speaking and a microphone you can surf the web no problem. You can control Favourites, radio buttons, text boxes, pretty much anything. For example you can put all your sites into Favourites in Internet Explorer and then when you want to surf them you just say "Favourite Anandtech" or "Favourite HardOCP" and it goes there. Also, say the text "Geforce 6800 review" is a hyperlink. You just say "Geforce" or "review" and it activates that link and takes you to that page. You can do all the basic stuff, and even some advanced stuff if you put some time into learning about it, without even touching your mouse. Dragon's got a cheap cut-down version of Naturally Speaking called Essentials (I think) that just includes the command stuff I'm talking about if you want to save a bit. I've got the full version of 6.0 (they're on 7 now) but I don't use it for dictation, just command.

The nice thing is when you run though your favourites with Dragon you don't need to have your favourites bar open on the left of your screen (except for reference if you can't keep them all memorized) so you can use the whole width of your screen to surf. Then if you press F11 and set the bar at the top to auto-hide you can surf using your entire screen. It's pretty good with my 22" monitor (looks good and less eye strain).

I just use a cheap Laptec desktop microphone but they say the headsets are alot better.
