My CD-RW isn't reading some cd's!! Help!

So far, I installed alot of programs from windows xp, BF2, WC3, and others, however some cd's dont get read. Anyone have any idea?? Such as my BF2142, its not picking it up.

Also my CD-RW is pretty new, Memorex Ultra-speed recorder. However I did put together this new computer, so I need drivers for this?

Please help me, I just bought BF2142, I want to play it

Is your CDRW a DVD reader? Isn't 2142 on DVD?

Ha! I made the same mistake once. I am so used to having dvd drives in my PC's that one time I went to use one of my old PC's that only had a CDRW and it took me a min to figure out what the problem was. lol

you might wanna upgrage. unless you have another drive which reads dvd's as well, its useless to have a drive that only read cd's. You can get one for like 30-50 dollars which burns cds and dvds.
