Not too bad of a design. I think the real outcome would vary depending on your build material. I can see it looking really nice as an anodized aluminum or other metal, maybe acrylic. I'm not big on plastic cases. As for making a purchase on something like that, I don't think I would, but that's just personal preference. I like flat, smooth black cases, but I'll tell you now a lot of people on here will probably love this design.
 
that all depends on how well the inside is laid out IMO, I personally prefer less flashy cases, so yes I like the exterior. But I would not buy it unless I saw the inside.
 
Interesting. It's much deeper than I originally thought it was. The angled look is interesting too. The brushed aluminum would look great imo. The front still bothers me, but after seeing the interior, it would definitely be something I would consider. My concern now is the lack of positive air pressure in the case, but that could definitely be rectified with a thoughtful choice in fans :)
 
seems pretty good, imo

If it has air filters on all the intake fans then i am pretty much sold. I never want to clean the interior of a pc ever again. so air filtration is a priority to me. I think that could be easly implemented into your design.


In regards to the negative airflow, i might suggest adding another 120mm fan right next to the PSU bottom intake. Then you wouldn't need to buy drastically overpowered intake fans and underpowered exhaust fans.

Anyways, that is my 2 cents. Pretty nice design. As I said before I prefer subdued designs. Anything that relates it to professional product rather than an enthusiast product is the type of stuff I go for.
 
I'm picky as hell when it comes to cases

I feel that 98% of the cases out there are flashy/gaudy as hell

with that said, I like this design..

aluminum all the way and I'd buy one.

edit: assuming the price isn't astronomical, and it comes with a windowless option :p
 
I have updated the look of the front panel, what do you guys think? Also, I emailed a couple of case manufacturers about the design and it seems like no one wants a new case design. Any smaller manufacturers people would like to recommend. Thanks in advance.

I like the front look and the angle. With all of that exhaust up top, i do not think there is much of a need for the rear exhaust fan. The inside looks very much like a Corsair 800D.
 
I like the design but I am not liking the second version of the front panel. other than that it looks to be a cool case when you do it.
 
Doesnt look like a bad case, but I dont think most case manufacturers are short of designs really. What they build and sell has a lot to do with other factors than just what it is going to look like and how it is laid out. Material costs, shipping, colors, markets they compete in, supplier capabilities, retooling time for manufacture, weight, ease of construction/support/disassembly, rebranding, etc etc... I think you will find that the overall design of the chassis is probably the shortest part of case manufacturing. Just my opinion if I think about it. Not saying you cant do it of course and dont aspire to things like that, just stating other realities if you want to get truely involved.

Or just make it yourself and sell it to the world... :)

It's more than just a little unlikely that anyone will take your design and make a full production run. You're much more likely to have success commissioning a skilled modder to make it for you as a one-off, but that could be quite expensive. The cheapest route to a custom case is to make it yourself. Building a case from scratch isn't impossible. However, given the look of your design I think you'd probably have and easier time modding up a 700D, which is quite similar in terms of size and layout.
