My old Athlon T-bird 1GHz @ 1150!

All I did was take a screen, crop it in photoshop, and save it

After that I started Solitare, waited a few minutes for it to start, and rebooted. After setting it back to default it ran fine

That's my story

Now, for 1200...
 
I guess it's pretty good. Dunno how you can screw up a screen shot when all you gotta do is press Print Screen though...
 
It did that itself :D

It *looked* like it was a good crop... but then, after reboot, i opened it up and got that... thing

Holy cow this thread has some real COLD winds blowing. Brrrrrrrrrrr. Don't worry cheeze. We were all in your shoes at one time. I think your O/C is fine. A 15% performance increase for free always works:D
 
It's obvious his chip is old. So naturally it's not going to overclock as good as if it were brand new :)

But that's a good 15% increase. If you had a 3.0ghz, that'd be 450mhz :)
 
hah :) any stable O/C is impressive by me.. just cause you have a 2390482390482390 GHZ overclock.. doesnt give you bigger endowment guys.. hate to break it to ya...

.. so now you can go sell your lifted trucks too :p

... but I do have to say that your screen shot gave me a seizure .. hardcore :)

That screenshot is trippy. I couldn't get that kinda effect if I tried. I wonder if it will pop out of the creen if you wear some of those old 3-D glasses.

I posted this because it's amazingly lame.

Keep in mind it's a generic unmodded case and a Tt Volcano 3 hsf

It was a lot of fun trying to play solitare with no feedback, though

Maybe I'll point a camera at the screen and do it again

rm.o: was it a 133fsb or 100fsb? i got gypped when I bought this one 3-4 years ago, it's 10x100 and not 7.5x133

This is my "old" system now, not even a fileserver, so I'm free to screw with it like never before... my electronics teacher tried watercooling 2-3 years ago, with a similar processor and 4C water (where water is its thickest), and he's giving me all his stuff
