I have a Dell XPS 700 and was having issues with the Geforce 7950 GX2 that it came with so I decided it was time to upgrade. So I got a Radeon 4850x2 and I uninstalled the nvidia drivers and installed the 4850 but now I don't get a picture on my monitor. I know the motherboard is SLI and the card is crossfire but I thought the crossfire for the 4850x2 was driver based. And I don't think that the XPS doesn't have any integrated graphics to turn off. Please help.

they the other dvi port? is your monitor HDCP compatible? is the video card properly powered? what is your powersupply?

I have a 750w power supply. Its getting power because when I tried all four outputs on the card the monitor was recognizing the switch it just wasn't giving me a picture. Although I have it connected with 2 2x3 pin connectors instead of the one 2x3 and one 2x4, would that make a difference? I have an LG flatron that is HDCP compatible btw.

yeah you have to run both the 6 pin and the 8pin otherwise no worky...Also make sure your BIOS is up to date I had to reflash mine to get it to work.
