ranking #1 in the similar systems category which I was fairly suprised.
my setup
gigabyte N650sli-ds4 mobo
E6750 2.66 running 3ghz
2gigs of corsair xms2 6400
2x evga 8600gt SLI slightly o/ced
other than some basic slight overclocking and pretty much no tweaking at all
are these numbers any good? very messed with 3d mark before
reason Im accually testing my system today is because tomarrow i have someone buying my 2 8600gt's for 200 bucks. bought em for 100 each like a month ago. so good deal for me. I'll be getting a 8800gt 512 im pretty sure to replace them. as I didnt see the anticipated performance gain from sli over one card.
needless to say I have about 250 to spend on a card and I want the absolute best for it.
any suggestions inparticular?
