Yep thats right, 13c... on AIR COOLING.

That tells you how cold my room is. I couldnt touch my nose right now if I wanted too.... why? Because I cant feel the god damn thing. My blood is pumping unusually slow due to the freezing temperature in my room. My testicles have pulled into my body, they are practically in my stomach.

You get the point. Im cold as hell, and so is my CPU.
 
Just fold for the [h]orde, or run rithdribl 24/7 and that should warm things up :) Heck, do both.
