mx700 replacement pads?

Can't help you with replacement mouse pads, but if all else fails, you might fill in the "grooves" where the old pads were (bondo, epoxy, something) then put teflon tape (newegg carries it) over them. Should work. :)

edit: That is, if the grooves are deep... Been a while since I've seen mine (they're all covered with teflon tape), might not be as deep as I'm thinking, so you might not have to fill them in.
