MX510 driver installation caused network probs

Anyone know of any bugs that would cause my onboard ethernet to stop working when the MX510 Logitech drivers were installed? It no longer can acquire a IP address from my router (also DHCP server).

After uninstalling the drivers, it still doesn't work. A system restore to yesterday was unsuccessful. Reverting to my old mouse did not work.

Maybe this is a complete fluke, but maybe my onboard ethernet died? Both the ethernet port and the router indicate that a connection is there. There is no IRQ conflict that I can see.

I'm using USB for my mouse, I used USB on my old mouse as well.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
 
Turns out that using a different port on the router fixed the problem. Looks like my router is dying. =(

Glad to have it fixed however.
