MX510 any huge advantage over MX310?

I would get the MX310 just because I like the side buttons on opposite sides of the mouse

I bought my blue MX510 mainly for looks, but was surprised at the increase in performance over my MS Intellimouse optical. I wouldnt think there would be a very noticable performance increase going from 310-510 though.

well if you dont game too much or you do game but dont care (you play mmorpg's) then get the one you like better

if you're a hardcore FPS'er then get the 510
