I just came across this review, all other mice that claim "Laser Mouse" now have a REAL laser mouse to contend with. This guy can be used on any surface, even glossy tops and pourous surfaces.

:D OMG that is pimp! Ive been waiting for something that would surpass my mx700, which is getting kinda beet up.

Note: According to a Logitech spokesperson, the laser has surpassed class 1 safety standards, so it should not be harmful to the human eye. He went on to say that a lot of time was spent, on the engineering side, to ensure that even if the laser were altered, it could not be made harmful.
Heh im sure someone will figure out how to mod one into a phaser :D
