What kind of problems are you guys having. Everyone is complaining about it. I'm just curious because I would really like to purchase one. But that depends on the problems you guys are having.
 
The main "real" one, would seem to be the pick-up-lag problem where when you left the mouse from the mat it goes asleep too quick and there's a momentary lag while it wakes back up, which is disruptive in fast paced games.

I didn't observe this myself, and people who have are talking fractions of a second delay.

Other problems are possibly psychological.

Though to be fair, I did ditch mine for a Razer Diamondback which I like more.
