Hello people.
I have a small problem and was wondering if any of you could please help me out.

I am running a logitech mx duo setup. Now, the problem i am having is my mouse and keyboard stop responding. Neither of them will do anything. I have changed the batteries in both. Updated to this newest drivers for them. Sometime i look over and i see that the receiver has no lights on. Almost as if it has no power or just does not want to work. Yet other times when my keyboard and mouse freezes i look over and the receiver looks completely normal.

Has anyone else ever seen or heard of a problem like this or know what could cause it?
 
It's probably your motherboard's USB support. What are the specs of your rig?
 
Umm. I am using a Epox 8RDA+, Radeon 9800pro, amd 2600, 120gb seagate hdd, 350W antec PSU, etc etc
I amd running XP Pro with all patches etc.

*edit* the only way i am able to get either mouse or keyboard to respond it by unplugging the usb part from the computer and plug it back in. It normally stays good for 15mins before i have to do it again.
 
I had this same problem with my comfort duo.

Unfortunately i could never figure out how to fix it, and then one day the wireless reviever died.

if your mx duo is still under warrenty i would get it fixed / replaced because its on its way out. Although the amount of time you have left is uncertain.
 
I've seen problems similar to this... try your duo on a different system and see if it works

In a related issue with mx duo's Whenever i play a game the left and right mouse buttons "stick". They don't actually stick down but they act as if i am holding it down. This doesn't happen in anything other than gaming.
 
sounds like either drivers or interference, make sure reciever is far enough away from everything else
