i jsut got mine today(and damn i love it) question is, will the mouse charge with my comp off? or must it be on?

Will charge with it on. That is why the little base station requires an AC adapter.

i have the AC thing, i jsut cant sleep with my comp on(blue LED fans = no sleep with me )

Just block them. My roommate last year assembled a Shuttle case, and the blue LED shined right into my bed. I just blocked it with his deodorant tube.
