I have the logitech mx laser bluetooth, and it works perfectly with my macbook. However, there is no software for the mac and therefore I can't get the front/back buttons to work. Does anyone have a workaround for this? Thanks.

iv heard a japanese mighty mouse driver that also supports many logitech devices...

Optional, thanks so much, this worked perfectly. It's also very customizeable, allowing me to assign any buttons on the mouse as I choose and can even do application-specific settings. Problem solved.

No prob, I have no idea why everybody was paying for that other software when SteerMouse as been around for quite a while... I use it with my MX518 and my MacBook; gets all the original functionality it's supposed to have.
