The funniest part was that the other ones just sat there while she took a nose dive into their dinner plates.. LMAO! :D

Critical characters cannot die by default, it can be changed in the ini though.

I killed all the people in Bruma, some time later the guards were all back.
Guards seem to come back after a while, but shop keepers and and Citizens will die forever.
 
When I go on my murdering sprees.. it seems some NPC's do not die, but only go unconcious no matter what I do. Is this because they are part of a quest I haven't done yet?
 
The fan boy is critical? I had him following me around and after rescuing the mage guy in the cave we got sperated. I didn't bother going to find him. Just left his pointy headed self in the woods.

Its been 3 days (real time) and I haven't seen him.

And the second one had me on the floor. That was awesome.
