I just put together my new athlon 64 and was wondering if there was a list of programs that are a must have on every computer (or are just really handy, nifty whatever)

I have thought of the following:

Zone Alarm
Spybot
AdAware
SiSoft Sandra
winzip
tweakXP
powertoys -tweakUI

This probably should be in General Software, but you have some good ones listed. I would add...

Filzip
Irfanview
RegProt
LS Time Sync
Mike Linn's Startup Monitor
Firefox
AM-Deadlink
DVD Decrypter
BeSweet
DVD Shrink
CDex
File Targets
CCleaner
Leech FTP
DiamondCS' Wormguard
Belarc Advisor
Helixplay
Cute PDF Writer
MBM 5
Nod32

I'm sure that I forgot some.
