Music Juke Box

I am looking for a good Music Player that has a good catagorization and plays well, converts to MP3 and maybe could play movies as well.

I'm not sure about what OS you have, but what about a version of XP or Vista with MCE built-in? It can also be driven by a remote control.

i used to use winamp thinking it was Hard... but really WMP does a awsome job at that.. and media center does offer a remote ability which is nice ...
