Mushkin level 1 any good?

Im looking for some Pc 3500 that can do 2-2-2-6 timings at best at no more than 215 fsb. Can this ram do it? Level 1 is much cheaper than level 2 so i wanted to know if i should spend the extra $100 for level 2 or not, thanks.
 
mushkin likes voltage so if you do get level 1 you MIGHT be able to get it at CL 2. depends on the chips. they are all BH-5 and BH-5 love OCing. the level 1 mushkins come at CL 2.5 but like i said, some volts and some luck and you might be able to get 2-2-2-6

i had a 256 stick of level 1 with BH 5 chips. guess some are some arent?
 
I heard lvl 1 is bh-5 as well, though it is not guarenteed like lvl 2 is. A buyer review on newegg said he has lvl 1 and 2 and could not tell a difference in OCability. Thats the reason i ask, to confirm some stuff ive read but i guess not many people have lvl 1?

Early Level One came with BH-5...now they're all CH-5. They put all the BH-5 in Level II.
