just finished my first sleeving job. the psu is a zalman 1000hp. this psu is one of the very few psu's to use 16awg wiring. so if the wiring looks a little fatter than others, it's because it is fatter. i didnt use mdpc-x sleeving, i used ppcs from performance pc which is a very soft material-like sleeving, but does not expand. at all. i also bought my heat shrink from ppc, which was probably a mistake. i didnt have access to a heat gun to shrink it, so i used a bic lighter (yea i know). a lot of it came out very stiff and brittle. i am about 75% sure that if i am able to locate a better type of heat shrink i am going to do that part over. the first wire that i sleeved probably took me 30 min to do from beginning to end. by the end of the project it took maybe a minute or 2 to cut sleeving, put tape on pin, melt ends of sleeving slightly, pull it over the wire, put on heatshrink, shrink it, and replace pin. i will take some better pics when the old lady gets home sunday nite with my camera. i am most proud of the molex and sata power legs, which pretty much had to be made from scratch.

Looks nice! Hopefully someday i'll have the patience to try that myself...at least on the 8 & 24 pin plugs.
