So, I've searched this forum, and I might just be lacking the right terms to search with, so if I'm rehashing an old concept, then please let me know. That said, here's my question:
I run two systems, and use both daily (I have a KVM). One system is more dedicated for media, and the other for work. The media rig already has 5.1 speakers, Altec Lansing 251s. I would like to have some sound for my work rig as well, and was considering some stero desktop speakers, or maybe even something in the range of 2.1. Desk real estate is limited for me (stupid dorm desks), so any speakers I get would have to live in close proximity to my 5.1s. I don't know much about the shielding qualities of computer speakers these days, so would this cause interference?
