Multiple, MULTIPLE dead pixels?!

Ok so I just received (2) Dell outlet refurbished 2209wa monitors and so far so good...well, that is until randomly there was a junkload of dead pixels all colored green that were either flickering or stuck.... i tried the dead pixel test with various solid colors and they dont show up but when i minimize it there they are idk... its weird

but anyways i played around with the settings and readjusted my dual monitor setup (1 horizontal while the one with the problems is vertical) i switched orientation and same pixels there... switched it back again to vertical and they were gone....

i believe its a 90 day warranty...should i keep it and try to flesh it out if theres any continued concerns or maybe it was some sort of freak accident and im in the clear...bc ever since i re-adjusted the orientation, all the pixels that were there are gone now and i see not one single one left... idk maybe its just me haha

Freaked out when i got my LP2475w thinking it had some dead pixels, but instead someone must have had grubby hands at the facotry, as a careful clean took care of whatever it was on there.
