Well I am on blackberry and just met a new client. Anyway they have 3 companies inside the building so outlook is configured with 3 pop accounts. We want them to move over to exchange and static ip but the issue is they need to be able to select the reply address.

For example;
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]

Abc.com is the primary, but if he gets an email to [email protected] he wants to reply as abc2.com not the primary abc.com.

Now I know exchange doesn't have this built in, but is there any secondary programs for this?

Thanks,
Dan

Hmm yea the cheapest thing would probably be adding the pop accounts, it's quick and dirty but gets the job done. I'm having to do that while getting some people off of AOL....:eek:

Basically you just create pop accounts for the other 2 email addresses you want to send as then you can choose in outlook when you create a new message or reply to send as whatever account you want.

hmm. blackberry will always be sending through main name tho, just thought of that.

i gotta talk to the guy again see if thats really needed.
