Multi-tasking with Eyefinity?

So how could I perhaps play a game at 1920x1080 on one monitor while using the other 2 monitors to do other things (ie Internet, video, etc)? Is there a way to do it without using windowed mode?

For reference I'm using 3 Dell U2311H monitors with HD 6970s in crossfire

Run in extended mode vs eyefinity group.
But you can only monitor the other screens. any interaction with the other screens will minimize your game.
Windowed mode is the only way currently to access the other screens while keeping the game up.

I normally play on the middle screen and just monitor apps on the other screens,

Gotchya. Yeah some games don't really work with eyefinity. For example, wow will only do DX11 in 1080p and not in eyefinity. I guess windowed mode will do just fine

For single screen gaming I often have synergy running the input to my gaming monitor, and the other monitors running via different computer(s). That way I can just hit scroll lock to unlock the mouse from the gaming screen, and move it across to a web browser or whatever.
