Is a higher multiplier "stressfull" on a cpu like on intell extreme series. how high can you go thats considered not stressful ? Is x14, x15 too much ? Is there lag when using a high multi?

The multi is not stressfull by itself. You can set the multi as high as you want without worrying about hurting the CPU. However, keep your eye on the final clockspeed; too much heat or too high of a voltage can/will damage your CPU. There are a number of overclocking guides here, I would search for and read a few of them before you do much of anything.
 
Thanks,Ill do just that . It just seems the best way to over clock with keeping your ram @ 1:1 (like say keeping 1066 or 800 ) is to just increase multi x11,12,13,ect.while FSB is kept fairly low ( 266,333) I guess thats the marketing behind the extreme procesors, just that thier so friggin much $$. They should release a 6600 unlocked multi for those who want it . scrap the 6700 and ill pay 500 bux for a x6600. :D
