Multi-monitor Power Controls?

Looking for ideas for on / off control over individual displays. Currently have six displays hooked up and am power cycling them via switched outlets. Is there any software that lets one 'disable' a specific LCD? or a way to sleep individual LCD's? Booting up the LCD's takes forever the way I'm currently doing it, and can't be the ideal way to do it.

Two from a Radeon HD2400, Four from a NVS 440
Windows 7 Ultimate.

Well for now I'm using Wizmo, with a mouse lock, so unless a key is pressed the LCD's don't come back on. Still wish there was an easier way to power them up / down, especially if there was a way to do it individually.
