Have a 640GT connected to 2 HDMI splitters to send signal to 2 24" monitors (1929x1080) and 2 48" LG TV Monitors (720p). Monitors are set for "extended" desktop view. This setup worked for awhile but recently have to disconnect the feed to the cpu monitors before turning on the TV monitors, otherwise crashes system.
I updated the drivers and system is being ran on win8/16gb ram/ i5 3ghz+ cpu.

Using Large TV's to illustrate spreadsheets to our employees and occasional PowerPoint shows for training.

Do i need to install an additional graphics card (640 GT) or is there another way to configure setup?

Thanks .....

So, are both splitters plugged into the video card, or is one on the Mainboard, and one on the card?

Hmmm, you got a bit of a pickle here. So, if you plug in all monitors, the system crashes? Or is it only when you try to extend?
