Multi-LAN routing, which router to get?

I have three networks I need to route between,

192.168.1.0/24
192.168.2.0/24
217.40.246.32/29

I'm looking for the cheapest option available since all I need is static routes.

I've looked into getting a Mini-ITX board, with 3+ LAN ports such as this http://www.mini-itx.com/store/?c=34#JNC9C-550 though that would involve building and maintaining a server image to mount.

I'd prefer a pre-packaged ethernet router, does anyone have any suggestions for a good one? Thanks!

I wish I had an old machine lying around, all we've got are test machines (in use) and a bunch of laptops :(

I think you're right to just look for an old Cisco router on eBay, cheers!

Would a L3 switch work? Should get slightly better performance if we're talking older hardware and all ethernet.

Just go buy a used Cisco 2620 or 2621 off eBay for $65 and be done with it. You could certainly roll your own router using an old PC but it will probably eat up a lot more power than a router appliance.
