I just had to put a call into Logitech regarding my parents' Cordless MX Duo.
the Keyboard was showing up in Device Manager as an Easy Internet Keyboard, and the shortcut keys were not working as they should.
so, I called up Logitech to request and RMA, and they said they're sending out a brand new set...and to make matters better...THEY DIDN'T WANT THE OLD SET BACK!
So, we're giving my brother the base station & MX700, and he'll give us back his Cordless Comfort Pro's receiver & mouse.
The base station will work with his Cordless Comfort Pro Keyboard...so he'll keep the ergo keyboard, & get the MX700 he's wanted for a while.
I'll keep the malfunctioning keyboard & my bro's stuff as spare parts.
It's service like this, along with the quality of Logitech's products that make me happy to have every peripheral in my use as a Logitech device. (As well as buy & reccomend their brand for all my clients' computers)
