Does anyone know how to decipher an MSI serial # off their products?

Whether it's motherboard or video card, it goes something like:

602-V222- (plus a series of numbers after that).

Reason for asking: To tell what date the product(s) was/were made.

TIA

They used to have a more detailed explanation of the SN's on their site, but it has been redone since the last time I bought a card form them (470GTX).

This interpretation applies to their video cards. Look at the group of numbers/letters after the second hyphen. The next four numbers after the letter represent the 2-digit year and 2-digit month.
