MSI Z87-G45

So far it's at the top of my list. I think it has the best features to price combination of what I've seen so far. Upgraded sound and NIC are more important to me than more fan headers et cetra. I'm not an avid overclocker so the G65 doesn't seem worth the extra $40.
 
Agreed. 3.4ghz is more than enough. Just found out that the mSata slot runs at Sata 3.0. Since I jumped on the Sandisk extreme deal, I may just have to get a boot drive too.
 
Wanted to spoil myself, so I splurged and spent the extra $30 for the GD65 :D
Honestly, with so many HWs being limited to 4.3 - 4.5GHz, there's not much point for the higher-end mobos unless they have something that you absolutely need.
