Does anyone know a trick how to flash BIOS without having a CPU installed? I know some Asus motherboards can, but I don't know about MSI.
I fucked up and ordered 2 Kaby Lake Pentium processors for my mining rig. I never buy Pentiums and I didn't pay enough attention to the name, I just saw Socket 1151 and thought "good enough".
Kaby Lake works on Z170 but I need to flash the BIOS.
I could use 6700k from my gaming rig, but the problem is, it's hardline and I would have to empty it and it's a few hours of work
