According to the reviews it looks like you can't go higher than 1.15v on this particular board. Given the price, the cooling, and the fact that it's a 5850 it's not really a deal killer but you can get a little more out of a board that overvolts properly.

I had a gigabyte and msi rebate that were both being processed at the same place. they entered the wrong amount for gigabyte yet when I called to bitch and they made me resubmit it even though they admitted it was their mistake. in the end(about 6 months) I got a rebate for the correct amount plus the other earlier rebate for the wrong amount. sorry for rambling but the point is you will have to stay on top of that rebate company if its the same ones I had to deal with.

well it went to the same exact address and rebate house as the gigabyte one.

velocity fulfillment was the name of the company and they handle msi, gigabyte, corsair and others.

Look at the user feedback though. 44% of Newegg's buyers either rate it a 1 or 2 egg. That should send up red flags. I think this card is priced low for a reason.
