Even if you aren't in the market for a budget video card, you should check out the fan design on the MSI R7770 Power Edition, it is pretty damn neat.

MSI has created something that was actually able to surprise us, as the R7770 PE is not only the first HD 7770 on the market to include a triple over-voltage feature, but it is also the first to our knowledge that has a customizable thermal solution.

Pretty cool, though I don't see a lot of demand for being able to remove one of the fans. But it's nice for a media pc in a small case.
