My 570Gtx (still under warranty) went out the other day with a bsod saying Video_TQR_Failure , tried on brother's pc and same thing after 2 minutes of use.

Went to MSI website to do RMA and they said serial is wrong , Let me remind you this is the 3rd time i had to RMA a 570 series card due to alot of problems from MSI cards.

So now they keep on telling me the Serial doesn't match what's in computer or whatever. Wonder if the employees maybe got 1 number or letter wrong?
