MSI Media Live Heat Problems?

Based on what I found on MSI's website, the mobo is standard matx so you could put it into another case. You would probably have to do a little modding to make all of the a/v outs that are below the expansion slot accessible from the rear. Is the cpu too hot or just the whole case in general? Is it something a few fans could fix?
 
Whole case in general, maybe could mod with extra fan, but he wants to add 2 more 3.5 drives so I thought someone on fourm may have already did a coversion.
