MSI MAG24C minimum refresh rate / LFC supported?

I haven't found a straight answer to this... one review site said the minimum refresh rate with Freesync is "around 30hz", which would indicate LFC support, but MSI on their specs page says "60hz-144hz" for the range- wouldn't that preclude LFC as that needs at least 2.5x range from min-max?
 
on AMD's list it says 48-144hz and LFC supported, I'm going to trust that
