msi k8t neo fsr...good, bad, or other?

I have hade one for about 3 days now seems to be a good board
 
Don't buy if you have an ATI card. This mobo auto overclocks my all ATI cards (9000 PRO, 9700 PRO, 9800 PRO). Even If I fresh install XP, then directX & driver.........even then ati cards are by default running 15/20MHz higher than default......always.....
