I've noticed that when i run 3dmark03 or 05 and do the system details it's showing my cpu clock at 1Ghz and the same thing is shown in the CoreCell program. The Corecell program shows the multiplier is 200x5.0, now when i go into the bios and look at the multiplier it shows 11x. I also dl'ed the MSI info viewer and it says 2.21ghz and so does windows information. The question is am I running at 1ghz or is it really running 2.21 and the programs are just being stupid.
I've got the latest bios update and everthing else is the most up to date (drivers and all).
OR am i looking at my Hypertransport bus?
I just want to make sure everthying is running correctly.

specs:
AMD64 3500+ 90nm (first gen of 90nm)
BFG 6800GTOC 256
TwinX1024-3200XL (2-2-2-5 2T)
MSI Neo2 Planium
Swiftech MCX6400-V

This is cool & quiet running. Basically it downclocks the processor when it is not under full load. I would not worry about this. Under load your processor is running at it's rated speed.
