MSI Dual-Net card

So I got my K8N Neo4 today and the back of the box describes an MSI Dual-Net wireless card that's meant for use in the orange PCI slot, but my package didn't come with the card. Has anyone out there used one of these things? Are they any good? My wife is getting a new laptop soon with wireless and we have no wireless equipment in our house yet, I need at the least some kind of access point for her to connect into our router (or, I guess, get a whole new router that's wireless)
 
Just get a router/access point or she'll be yelling at you every time you turn your rig off. ICS sucks.
