But it looks like the heatsink might interfere with the northbridge heatsink / memory.

Its hard to tell since their is no top down shot of the video card, so I was wondering if anyone had this card or knew of a review about it?

Looks like it wont fit, unless you replaced the North bridge passive with a fan based heatsink
