Have a user at the office who is using MS Word XP. In "Normal" view, she'll highlight a sentence in a document, and change its font size, say from 12 to 16. It will still look like 12, but if she clicks elsewhere and then back in the sentence again Word will report that sentence as 16 even though it looks 12. If she changes to another view such as Print view, the different font size can be seen.
I have tried repairing Office, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling from both Zenworks and from our CD. I've also tried deleting the normal.dot file prior to the above actions. So far I have been unable to change this behavior in Word. It does not replicate on my or anybody else's system. Any ideas?
